Heat tune up for 140K BTU single stage natural gas Amana furnace. Replaced 16x24x1 filter. Cleaned flame sensor. HSI in good condition 44.5 Ohms ok; Gas pressure ok. Pressure switch and inducer components ok. Electric motors and components ok. 55F temp rise. Combustion test/visual inspection of heat exchanger proves integrity of heat exchanger. The basement slab floor surrounding furnace was wet upon arrival. 40K BTU 40 gallon water heater appears to be leaking or experiencing high pressures causing relief valve to engage. The furnace is working well at the time of this maintenance.
