Replaced pilot assembly. Added ground between manifold frame and ignition control. Double checked connections at control. Cycled heat 10 time observing flame. Checked flame sense (rectification circuit) Blower wheel bearings sound poor. Combustion test:Good As I was leaving. Furnace shut off. The remaining attempts for trial for ignition gas valve would not open. I checked for 24V from control. Option are to replace gas valve or replace furnace altogether. Replaced 14x24x1 Filter for Back Office Unit. Contacted Mike to let him know hat furnace is not working/ needs a gas valve.
