HVAC is controlled by building automation system. Checked condition of coils. Cleaned debris from Odyssey unit. Checked all filters. Cleared, inspected, tested drains at both air handlers. Found weak 7.5uF capacitor at smaller outdoor unit. Discussed replacing this with Mike DeFrank who approved. Replaced capacitors. Systems are operating well at the time of this maintenance.
