Performed Precision AC Tune Up on Heat Pump system. Found 16x25x1 Air Filter very dirty. Also found a second Fiberglass filter in the return box. With the Dirty filter and the second filter system was not getting enough Airflow and refrigerant levels were dropping to below freezing on the indoor coil. Recommend checking Filter every 30 Days and using a filter that does not exceed a MERV rating of 8. Inspected electrical components on indoor and outdoor units. Cleaned drain line and pump. Filled pump basing and tested operation. Measured refrigerant charge on system. System has slightly higher Subcooling and superheat levels and may be overcharged. System is operating within normal Amp and Voltage ratings.
