Service call that the Air Conditioner was not keeping up to the set temperature. Upon arrival, found all thermostats were satisfied and at their set points. Spoke with Homeowner about issue. Was informed that the system was not keeping up during a high Heat/Humidity day when she was having many guests in the home. Was informed that the First Floor was not keeping up to temperature and they set the Thermostat to 60 Degrees. When through system and changed the Air Filter. Measured Refrigerant Charge and Supply/Return Temperatures of the system. Refrigerant levels were to standard. Washed Outdoor Unit with Water due to dirt buildup on the Condenser. Tested both the First Floor Zone and Second Floor Zones. The system is operating to standards. The Second Floor does not seem to get a lot of Air Flow out of the Registers. Duct work comes up from the Basement and into the Attic area to supply the Second Floor. Both zones are meeting their set points. Changed the Fan settings on both Thermo
