Service call that the Air Conditioner was not working properly. Upon arrival, spoke with Homeowners about issue. Was informed that the system had Refrigeramt added last year. After running for a while, the system would begin to leak water from the Coil Area. System was turned off upon arrival. Removed Coil Cover and Inspected Indoor Coil. Changed the 16x25x1 Air Filter. Blew through Condensation Drain Pipe with C02 Cartridge to ensure it was draining properly. Turned System on to Cooling to diagnose. Temperature split was only measuring about 5 Degrees between Supply and Return Air Temperatures. Checked Refrigerant Pressures and determined the system was low on Refrigerant and was below the Freezing point on the Indoor Coil due to the lack of Refrigerant Charge. Added 3lbs of Refrigerant to system, charging by Superheat. Superheat dropped to the proper levels and the Temperature Split between Supply and Return Air increased to 16 Degrees.
