Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Heat Pump System. Replaced the 16x25x2 Air Filter. Inspected a Electrical Components on Air Handler. Measured Refrigerant Charge from Ports at Air Handler. Tested Operation of Heat Pump and Electric Heat. PECO recommended sealing the Duct Work at the Air Handler. Spoke with Homeowner about pricing for this task.
