Performed Precision AC Tune Up on system. Replaced 14x24x1 Air Filter provided by Homeowner. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Cleaned Drain Line and Condensation Pump. Filled Pump and tested operation. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system and recorded Supply and Return Air Temperatures. The system is operating to standards at this time. The AC System was replaced about two years ago. The Furnace is about 16 Years old. Due to the age of the Furnace, would recommend begin planning/saving for replacement. While onsite found corrosion and rust forming around the Expansion Tank for the Water Heater. Did not see any visible water leaking at this time. Tested Expansion Tank to ensure it had Air Pressure. Due to Corrosion would recommend replacement of the Expansion Tank and if needed replacement of the 3/4†Copper Fittings that Expansion Tank mounts to.
