Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Lennox Gas Furnace System. Replaced 16x25x4 High Efficient Air Filter. Tested Electrical Components on Furnace. Inspected Burner Assembly and Heat Exchanger. Removed and cleaned Flame Sensor. Cleaned all Furnace Tubing and hoses. Inspected Blower Compartment. Checked Gas Fittings at Water Heater for leaks. Performed Combustion Analysis on Furnace and measured Air Temperature readings. Also performed Visual Inspection of Hot Water Heater. Performed Combustion Analysis on Water Heater. Water Heater is 8 Years old and is operational with no visible signs of leakage. Would recommend begin planning for replacement of Water Heater before any issues occur. Completed Greene Countries Village Inspection Form Report and delivered in after hours mail slot at office. Included copy of the Form to customer with Tune Up.
