Found Carrier error code “1 Short 4 Long†(Ignition Lockout) Used manometer to check pressure at pressure switch. Pressure remained at design levels and pressure switch remained closed. Checked flame sense circuit uA: 5uA Good Gas pressure was set to 3.85†WC and previous combustion tests showed 02% to be low (6.0%). After adjusting gas pressure to 3.3†performed combustion analysis. Remained with system until cycle completed/thermostat satisfied; no errors occurred. System is operating well at the time of this service.
