Found no valves on r22 system. Recovered r22 refrigerant. Locked out and tagged out high voltage. Put wire nuts on low voltage and tapped off connections. Disconnected and tapped ends shut on line set. Gave a quote to re hook up old a/c again after construction is completed. Recommend he replace both furnace and a/c and not put the money into hooking up old system. Homeowner to decide how he will proceed from here. Also performed precision heat tune up on older 80% gas furnace. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked gas pressure and performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working but should be replaced.
