Performed precision heat tune up on 80% gas furnaces. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked gas pressure. Checked temperature rise. Cleaned flame sensor. Wasable filters are clean. Found a lot of corrosion on components of gas furnace ( showed homeowner this) also fou 40 gallon natural gas atmospheric water heater corroded at bottom of tank, recommended replacement of water heater with 50 gallon atmospheric water heater. Gave homeowner option of membership to receive discounts. Gas furnace is working fine at time of service but is getting older. Homeowner is going to wait at this time.
