Service call that the AC was not operating. Upon arrival found blower running but outdoor unit was not turning on. Found Breaker for the Outdoor unit tripped. Reset breaker and it immediately tripped again. Tested Compressor windings, and compressor was shorted to ground at the Common Terminal. Inspected Compressor wiring and found no visible damaged wires. The compressor windings had failed previously and the compressor was replaced. Compressor is under a parts warranty through Lennox. Due to this occurring multiple times now would recommend replacement of the entire system rather than repair/replacement of the Compressor a second time.
