Service call that the Heat was not running. Upon arrival found indoor temperature at 76 degrees and the system was turned off. Put system in heating mode to test. System began operating with no issues. Measured Air Temperatures on system. Found a Higher Temperatures on the Supply which was nearing the Limit Switch cut off. Increased Blower Fan speed to High Setting and increased blower off delay to 160 seconds to allow more heat dissipate from the unit. Inspected Heat Exchanger and found no blockages or damage. Inspected Air Filter on unit. Checked vents in apartment to ensure they were open and nothing was blocking them. Due to the warm outdoor temperature and the high indoor temperature this could be causing the higher temperature splits and causing the furnace to overheat and shut down on a Safety Limit. Would not run the Heater when the indoor and outdoor temperature is higher.
