Returned to site to further investigate issue with the Furnace. Put system in heating mode and tested. Verified that system was shutting off on Limit after running for 5-10 Minutes. Removed Return Door Panel and Filter. Reset system and tested airflow with the Return open. Removed Supply Duct and allowed Supply Air to bypass the ductwork and blow into the room. Found unit would stay running with the Supply Duct off, but with only the Return open the unit would continue to shut down in limit. Noted a small increase from .95 Amps on the blower motor to .99 Amps on the Blower Motor with the Supply duct off. Cross referenced this unit with other units in the building and found this unit is sized larger. Other systems are 38,000 BTUs on the Furnace and this unit is 51,000 BTUs on the Furnace. This larger output of the Furnace may be too large for the ductwork. Inspected Indoor Coil and Blower Motor. Found some rust and corrosion on left side of coil. Had called manufacturer previously while
