Performed precision a/c tune up on amana a/c system. Replaced Aprilaire 413 air filter ( homeowner provided) checked all electrical components and connections. Checked temperature split at indoor unit. Blew out condensate drain. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Found that the refrigerant pressures are not stable on the a/c system. Found head pressure fluctuations from 223-309 . Will need to recover all refrigerant and install new txv valve at indoor unit. Called distributer and ordered part. Will return with part and perform repair.
