Service call that there was water leaking from the system. Upon arrival, spoke with homeowner about issue. Found Water Damage on the Drywall Ceiling and Wall in the Living directly below where the Air Handler is located on the second floor. Inspected Air Handler and found the Drain Line was clogged. There was an Air Vent on the Drain Line that was lower than the EZ Trap so the water was leaking out of the Air Vent. Blew through drain line to clear and poured water through drain line to ensure it was draining properly. Added a longer pipe to the Air Vent and sealed so that if any water backs up it will trip the EZ Trap Safety. Performed Quality Assurance while onsite. Corrected any issues that were found. Had to clean up the wiring inside the Air Handler and at the Thermostat. Checked all settings on the Thermostat and on the Cool Cloud. Adjusted some settings on Cool Cloud: Increased Constant Fan to 60%, changed Ramping Profile to B, and lowered Cooling Trim by -6%. Checked Air Flow
