Performed QA on Through The Wall System. Removed the Flex Adaptor and installed a new Flex adaptor on the supply duct. Taped and sealed all duct connections. Checked wiring and fan speed settings. Increased Blower Speed for Heating Mode. Poured water through drain line and tested ez trap safety. Checked ductwork to ensure there were no leaks. Reviewed installation with homeowner and walked her through operating the thermostat. Completed checklist form in system. This install did not pass the QA.
