Plan member AC tune up for 2.5 Ton AC system. Replaced Aprilaire 213 filter, provided by homeowner. Measured temperature split. Measured static pressure. Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components. Checked refrigerant pressures and diagnostics. Checked primary and secondary drain. Blew clear and tested by filling drain pan with water. There is no water protection at attic equipment. While I did verify the functionality of the secondary drain. I still strongly recommend installing wet switch at air handler as a safeguard for ceilings. Emailed estimate. Air conditioner is operating well at the time of this maintenance.
