During repair on next door unit, noticed heat pump cycling on and off, check operation unit going off on high pressure, blower motor not working, check wiring ispect module, motor getting 257 volts and 24 volts for module, motor need to replace also recommended adding x13 motor protector to this unit and all units in the building due to high voltage coming in incoming voltage is 258...unit rated at maximum of 253 volts
