Replace all gaskets, new igniter/sensor, seals for heat exchanger, during repair noticed one screw for burner seal was missing found it bottom of the heat exchanger, informed customer that looks ok for now, if we have to replace burner/main front cover shield or burner gasket new from cover will be needed, we would tried to removed other two screws but most likely they will break, after repairs test boiler ok cycle couple times ok.
