Customer still experiencing high humidity reading, mainly on third floor, check temps and humidity reading with Psychrometer, ok thermostat is reading little higher than Psychrometer tried different thermostat and same reading as current thermostat, would recommended setting dehumidification feature turn on and set to 60% it may over cool the house to achieve humidity reading, also tried to relocate indoor sensor to master bedroom, customer will call office to see if any follow up is needed went up to attic to check ductwork termination did not see any opening, also check for other possible causes to create humidity dit not see any potential sources other than house envelope,
