Performed Quality Assurance inspection on a newly installed gas furnace and air conditioning system. Checked over entire system. All wiring proper and secure. No gas leaks. No air leaks, all duct connections sealed. Penetrations sealed. Water heater re-installation proper and no leaks. Outdoor unit and disconnect level and proper. System running great at time of QA. Will need to schedule a 6 month inspection in the spring. Gave customer financing paperwork but his name and his wife’s name are on for a signature. She will not be home till this evening. He is going to scan it after signing and send it to us in email.
