Performed precision a/c tune up on 2 trane a/c systems. Both Aprilaire 413 air filters are ok. Blew out condensate drains. Tested condensation pump with water. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked temperature split, checked refrigerant pressures. Both a/c systems are working fine at time of inspection. Also notice 8 year old Bradford white water heater was constantly re lighting itself during a call for hot water. Possibly failing gas control valve, recommended due to the age of the water heater replacement would be a better option. Gas estimate for replacement.
