Performed precision a/c tune on Duane a/c system. 14x20x1 air filter is clean. Checked all electrical conections and components. Found outdoor contactor burnt and it was buzzing . Replaced 1 pole 40 amp contactor. After talking to customer she is selling her place and inspector would like outdoor heat pump secured to plastic pad on brackets. Plastic pad is bolted to metal brackets. Used metal strapping and secured unit itself to plastic pad. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Checked temperature split at indoor unit. Heat pump system is working fine at time of service.
