Performed Precision AC Tune Up on Amana system. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter. Homeowner had noted that the Air Filter Door was very hard to slide open. Found door panel was getting caught on the corner Metal. Cut back the flanges on the door panel to allow easier access and reviewed with homeowner. Cleaned Drain Line and condensation Pump. Filled pump basin and tested to ensure it was pumping out properly. Inspected and tested electrical components on indoor and outdoor units. Put system in cooling mode and measured refrigerant charge. Used Charging jacket to elevate outdoor temperature at the Condensing unit. System operating to standards upon completion. Homeowner is looking into having the Ductwork cleaned.
