Customer has furnace and power vented water heater in basement location, has some water come into the house, water level was enough to reach control board and water heater sensor vapor, tried to jump r and g at the board no response, tried furnace and cool mode no response, new board will be required, something else might be needed, right now can’t tell if that’s all is needed, for water heater new sensor will be needed quoted for repsirs on water heater and furnace, customer approved repairs and also signed up for service plan on HVAC GAS FURNACE WITH AC, Replaced furnace control board. Cycled gas furnace and air conditioner. Replaced combustion sensor on water heater. Water heater continues to give combustion sensor fault. Used combustible gas meter to check for combustible gases, found none. Found base of water heater wet and is leaking. Will need to replace water heater.
