Performed precision heat tune up on Lennox gas furnace. 20x25x4 air filter is clean. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out condensate drain. Cleaned flame sensor. Found that humidifier was removed at one point from duct work. Talked to homeowner about benefits of the humidifier and recommended installing a new Aprilaire 600m humidifier. Checked temperature rise. Performed combustion test. Customer also talked about having the ducts cleaned, talked to homeowner about the benefits of a duct cleaning, let her know we do have a company we recommend for that. Lennox high efficiency furnace is working fine at time of inspection.
