Arrived to do two ac maintenance’s one for the main house and the second for the loft above the garage(Loft388). Main house AC Went ahead and adjusted the thermostat, checked temperature splits, checked filter, checked blower motor amp draw and capacitor, checked compressor amp draw, checked dual capacitor, checked condenser fan motor amp draw, checked refrigerant pressures. System is working correctly at this time. Loft 388 Went ahead and adjusted the thermostat, checked temperature splits, checked and changed filter, checked blower motor amp draw and capacitor, checked compressor amp draw, checked dual capacitor, checked condenser fan motor amp draw, checked refrigerant pressures. System is working correctly at this time. Spoke to customer about changing thermostats because the one in the house the selector switch to select AC doesn’t always work, the one in the loft the mode button was very unresponsive. Customer agreed to do both need to return with a T4 and large backpla
