Arrived on job and located equipment to be removed. Removed old gas furnace and coil as well as condenser. Removed old lineset and electrical connections. Set and leveled new pad. Ran new lineset and low volt wires. Ran new thermostat wire. Installed new gas furnace. Bent lineset into outdoor unit and indoor coil, installed txv and brazed with nitrogen. Pressure tested to 275 and bubble tested. No leaks found. Vacuumed down to 300 microns. Weighed in 7 oz of 410a. Connected ductwork and taped seams. Ran condensate, vinyl into discharge line, installed ez trap, and wired pump. Reconnected vent pipe. Wired switch and constant power plug. Ran gas lines and leak checked, no leaks found. Tested operation of condensate pump and furnace/ac. All tests satisfactory at time of install.
