No heat oil boiler, found no water pressure, found circulator running with no water in the system, informed customer that boiler has no water and it needs new pressures reducer also I would have to check if circular pump is not damaged due to boiler running with out water, quoted for repairs customer ok Repairs we will need to return visit to installed part and also performed oil boiler tune up, added water to system manually so customer has heat if needed unit we come back for tune up and repairs customer paid 50% down 10/27/2020 Installed Watts 1/2†pressure reducing valve. Performed precision tune up on oil boiler. Replaced nozzle, filter and strainer. Cleaned heat exchanger flue pipe and chimney breech. Verified operation of components of oil burner. Verified thermostat operation and that all zones were heating properly.
