Performed precision heat tune up on amana gas furnace. 16x25x1 air filter is clean. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out all condensation lines and pressure switch tubing. Checked temperature rise. Checked gas pressure. Performed combustion test. Found on start up the second time we fired furnace gas valve started to pulsate gas pressure across the burners. Also found some corrosion on burners, recommended replacement of 2stage lp gas valve and burners. Furnace is working at time of service Will install new burners and gas valve, leak check and set up to factory peramiters.2/24/21. Installed new 2 stage lp gas valve. Converted and changed orifices and burners. Performed combustion test. Also checked gas pressure. Gas furnace is working fine at time of service. Low pressure was 6†w.c. Could only get high pressure to 8.25 w.c. Suggested to homeowner to have propane company adjust regulator. Gas furnace is working fine at time of inspection.
