No cooling for 4 Zone GeoThermal system. ClimateMaster Z600 zoning panel is not energizing equipment. 27 volts between “common†and “y†at zone tstat contacts but Zero volts between these contacts at the HVAC EQUIPMENT terminal block. TEST LED remains solid red. Reset power and made call from cooling from each tstat. LED for all Zones remain lit even when zone thermostats are not calling. Air Handler control itself has no history of error codes. System remains down. Requires immediate attention. We need to provide quote for new Zone Panel and 4 ClimateMaster Thermostats.
