Found that the outdoor fan motor is locked up on 21 year old system. Gave homeowner a round about price of $1500.00 to replace the outdoor fan motor. But told him that if the system is low on charge also( we won’t know this until fan motor is replaced) than it was definitely not worth replacing on a 21 year old system. Also found indoor fan motor on gas furnace making some noise. ( homeowner is not worried about the furnace at this point. Recommend to homeowner to replace the a/c system. Called office and office sent over a quote to replace the system.
