Performed Precision Air Conditioning Tune Up on system. Replaced 16x20x1 Air Filter. Cleaned Condensation Pump and Drain Line. Tested Operation of Pump. Measured Refrigerant Levels of system. While testing Components, found Indoor Blower Motor Capacitor was testing low. Also found Dual Capacitor on the Outdoor Unit was testing at its highest rating, and the Contactor was very worn and pitted. Install a new 15 Mfd Blower Capacitor, a 45/7.5 Dual Capacitor, and a Single Pole 40 Amp Contactor. Test operation of system upon completion. System is only running at about a 15-16 Degree Temperature Differential in Air Conditioning. Due to Efficiency of system and age, recommend begin planning for replacement.
