Performed Precision Air Conditioning Tune Up on system. Replaced 16x20x1 Air Filter. Recommend checking Air Filter every 30-60 Days and change as necessary. Found Condensation Pump base was cracked and broken. Showed Homeowner the Pump. Homeowner is going to purchase a new Pump and install. The current Condensation Pump is going to leak when it begins to fill with water due to the crack. Need to replaced Immediately. Tested Electrical Components on the Indoor and Outdoor Units. Dual Capacitor on the Outdoor Unit is measuring below rating. Recommend replacement of the Capacitor. Measured Refirgerant Charge on system. Included an estimate for the pricing of the Dual Capacitor.
