Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Air Temp Gas Furnace. The 16x20x1 Air Filter was clean and in good condition. Inspected Electrical Components on the Furnace. One of the terminal connectors for the Blower Motor Capacitor has some signs of damage. Capacitor is still testing within rating but this could be a sing the Blower Motor was drawing higher Amps and putting a strain on its start capacitor. Also noted the Inducer Motor running within normal Amp readings but the Motor windings are starting to rust. This could cause the Inducer Motor to fail prematurely. Also noted the Condensation Pump is cracked and damaged on the basin. It has not been leaking but could start leaking at any point. Performed Combustion Analysis on Furnace and measured Air Temperature readings. Thank you for renewing your service membership today!
