Service call that the AC was not cooling, and to perform AC Tune Up. Arrived onsite and spoke with homeowner about issue. Found system turned off at Thermostat. Turned to cooling to test operation. Found indoor Coil was freezing up. Defrosted indoor coil and put back in AC Mode. System charge was low and refrigerant was below the freezing point causing the Coil to freeze. Added 2lbs of 410-A Refrigerant to system, charging by Superheat. Inspected Components on Indoor and Outdoor Unit. Cleaned Drain Line and found Condensation Pump cracked and leaking. This has been noted on prior Tune Ups. Condensation Pump is discharging into a bucket currently. Spoke with homeowner about concerns with condensation pump. Checked 16x20x1 Air Filter. System refrigerant charge is to standards, and we will continue to monitor charge on future Tune Ups. Completed AC Tune Up on system during visit.
