Install a new 40/5 Mfd Capacitor on outdoor unit. Install a new 10 Mfd Blower Motor Capacitor. Test operation of system upon completion. 9/3/20. Installed both 10 mf blowe capacitor and 40/5 mf outdoor capacitor and tested system. Also performed heat tune up on gas furnace. Replaced 14x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked gas pressure and performed combustion test. Also blew out condensate drain and tested condensation pump. Gas furnace is working fine at time of inspection. Also found natural gas atmospheric water heater to be over 9 years old recommended replacement due to age of water heater.
