Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Ducane Gas Furnace system. Replaced 16x20x1 Air Filter. Tested electrical components on unit. Cleaned Furnace Tubing Hoses and Orifices for Inducer Motor. Inspected Burners and cleaned Flame Sensor. Put system in operation and measured Air Temperatures and performed a combustion Analysis. Air Temperature rise was within manufacturer rating for furnace. Combustion readings were within standards. Measured inducer motor Amperage which was within rating. System is about 15 Years old. While the system is operating, due to the age of the equipment would recommend begin planning for replacement of the Gas Furnace/AC system before any major component failure occurs.
