Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Gas Fired Furnace. The 16x20x1 Air Filter was clean and in good condition. Cleaned Furnace Drain Lines and tubing. Cleaned pump and tested operation. Due to having the basement area finished off, Recommend having Condensation Pump wired into the Furnace control board so that if the pump fails to pump out it will shut the system down. Homeowner wants to wait until next visit to have this completed. Inspected electrical components on furnace. Visually inspected Heat Exchanger and Burner Assembly. Put system into operation and performed a Combustion Analysis on Furnace while measuring Supply/Return Air Temperatures.
