Mrs Smith p’s existing thermostat had a bad base (was not responding to touches). She approved estimate to replace with a Pro T6 stat. Walked Mrs. Smith through use of new thermostat. Made a call for cooling. 19F temperature split. Replaced 14x25x1 filter. Cleaned EZ trap and drain. All electric motors and components ok. Both coils are in good condition. Outdoor voltage/indoor amps/compressor amps ok. Refrigerant pressures/subcooling/superheat ok. System is operating well at the time of this tune up.
