Service call that the First Floor System was not working properly. Arrived onsite and spoke with Tara about issue. System was set to 68 Degrees and the temperature inside the house on the First Floor was 75. The Compressor and Outdoor Fan we’re running and the Blower Fan was running. The Indoor Coil was completely Frozen solid and the Refrigeration Pipes to the Outdoor Unit and Compressor were completely Frozen. While performing Tune Up in May had found He system was low on Refrigerant and had added 3 lbs. For the Refrigerant to leak out and Freeze the Coil within this short amount of time indicates that there is a significant leak present. Due to the age of the system, 20 Years, and its current condition of loosing refirgerant, recommend replacement of the Furnace and AC. Turned AC off for the First Floor system and put Fan in the On Position. The office will follow up Monday to schedule install for replacement of the Furnace/AC.
