Performed Precision AC Tune Up on Trane System. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter. While inspecting Electrical Components on system found the Blower Motor Capacitor Testing below rating. Also found the Dual Capacitor for the Outdoor Unit Testing below rating. Recommended replacement of these items. Replacement was deferred at this time. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system. System is cooling but Refrigerant levels are not to standards. System is low on Refrigerant. The system may have issues during high heat/humidity days maintaining temperature and operating. Adding Refrigerant to the system was deferred at this time. Also recommend replacement of the Condensation Pump. That style Pump has issues with the Motor becoming seized causing the Pump to fail. Pump is wired into system to shut the unit down if it becomes clogged and trips the internal Float Switch. Overall condition of the System is poor. Due to condition, age, and recommended repairs, recommendation would be to consider replace
