Performed Precision AC Tune Ups on AC systems. Cleaned EZ Traps and Condensation Pumps on both Units. Checked Air Filters and replaced the Air Filter for the Attic System. The First Floor System Filter was clean and in good condition. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Measured Refrigerant Charge and Supply/Return Air Temperatures on each system. Both systems are running to standards at this time. As requested from homeowner, purged water from the Steam Boiler. Left Power Switch On for the Boiler. There is no necessary maintenance needed for the Boiler to shut it down for the season.
