Checked no cooling complaint. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter. Started air conditioner to begin troubleshooting. After monitoring system, found to be low on Refrigerant. Added 2 lbs of 410-A Refrigerant to System, Charging by Subcooling/Superheat. Tested Components on system and cleaned Drain Line and Condensation Pump. Filled and tested operation of Pump. Condensation Pump was very dirty and in poor condition. While testing system, found Outdoor Fan Motor was testing within rating, but the casing is very rusted. This indicates the overall condition of the Motor. Also Found Dual Capacitor testing within rating, but starting to rust. No UV Dye was added to the system at this time. Homeowners would like to replace system within the next year.
