Performed PECO Heat Pump Tune Up and Completed PECO Checklist Form in System. Replaced the 20x25x5 Disposable Filter with the clean Electronic Air Filter. ** Please include the following on the final invoice to Homeowner: While testing system, found Condensation Pump excessively dirty. Discharge Vinyl Tubing is very dirty as well. The Pump was operating but is taking a longer time to pump out than normal. Blew through the Vinyl Tubing to try to clear, and removed and cleaned Pump. Point of termination for the Tubing is unknown. There is a wash sink in the Mechanical Room with the Air Handler. Recommend installing a new 115V Condensation Pump and running new Vinyl Tubing to the Wash Sink. The pump motor appears to be strained due to having been so dirty and the Tubing being clogged. Also noted that the UV System was not operating during time of service. Recommend replacing the UV Bulbs on the System.
