Returned to site to inspect Registers after they had been insulated due to some signs of water on the Registers. Was informed that the two registers on the Second Floor had some condensation forming the other day during the hot weather. Put system in operation and tested. Measured Humidity levels and Air Flow at the Registers on the second and Third Floor. Humidity levels today were within normal range of 55-60 Degrees before and after the AC was running. The two Registers on the second Floor were not flush with the ceiling due to the ceiling beams above the drywall not allowing the Register clamps to close fully. This air gap could be allowing humidity and heat into the Register which caused the moisture. Sealed the Registers on the second Floor with silicone to eliminate the Air Gap.
