Customer stated furnace is not running and also thermostat is not working blank thermostat, upon arrival found furnace in standby no call from thermostat found open circuit on 24 volts side, switch form pump was open, check pump operation and found to be faulty pump, check vinyl hose ok no blockage was found, quoted for new pump customer ok repairs, replace pump and wired safety test pump cycle ok, system is back in working condition
