Performed precision heat and a/c tune up. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out condensate drain. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked temperature rise and temperature split at indoor unit. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Found a/c slightly low on charge. Gave homeowner the option of adding dye and refrigerant if they wanted to find the leak. Told homeowner that if leak ends up to be in the indoor coil. It could be around a $3000.00 repair. System is about 14 years old recommended to homeowner to start thinking about replacement. Homeowner said they will call us when they are ready to get a quote to replace system.
